i think my pump is blocked how do i take it out and unblock it it is full of water and it wont turn on?

if it's a cda and still under the five year gaurantee then don't call them out, we had the same problem had to pay them 79.90. they sent someone out on 30th october pump and control panel gone, engineer said he would be back the following sat to fix never seen him since, the parts have come, every time we ring cda up there is a new excuse. waithing for another part, will ring you back later etc.

I may have a similar problem.
After 5 minutes operation the machine starts emitting a beeping noise and when I open the door the program is at 'shower' and the start cycle light is flashing with 4 pulses then a pause.
I am suspicious its the pump because when the machine was running there was a kind of clackety noise coming from it when the water was being drained. I just wonder if the pump has got some kind of blockage.
