can you just repair the bush or do you need to replace allthe arm is it dangerous to drive while it is worn

i have recently read that fiat dealers will only supply a new arm complete, however, i saw on e-bay that someone was advertising a set of four replaceable bushes for 50 pounds i think. problem is i cant find it at the moment - sorry.
