Alarm siren is activated, and pressing reset on the alarm panel is not re-activating alarm. Code for the panel has been lost and needs reset. Unable to stop alarm without code. As it reactivates approximatley every half an hour. There is no model number on the panel

Hi Calvin, sounds like you have problems with this system I suggest you call for an engineer who will clear the nvm and look to rectify the fault.
