bearing seems to have gone one indesit W161?

The drum sounds REALLY rough when spinning, and it seems to be the bearing. Does anyone know if there are two bearings or just the one that can be seen when the flywheel is removed. What is the best way to change the bearing?

There is definitely two bearings and a unique size seal fitted, The seal fails due to scale build up and the inner bearing fails soon after. Mine failed after 9 months and neads another at 19 months ! ! ! The motor brushes have also been renewed as has the door rubber, all poor quality short lived components. !
To change, undo all 8 hex head bolts and centrepulley bolt, remove pulley and belt, then cast iron spider.

I replaced the bearings on a WE 16s but it still knocked. After taking it all apart I found that an inner spider arm had failed( machine only 2 yrs old). No way to get in to replace it, and by then it had worn through the thin outer drum in a couple of places at the back, new drum assembly required but at what cost, and how long would that last.Is the 1600 spin the reason for all the problems?
