Electric Window on Ford Mondeo?

The near-side electric window on my 2000(V) Ford Mondeo 2.0 Zetec is working but it slows down noticably when closing through the position 60% closed to 80% closed and return to normal speed for the final 20%.

I'm not sure if this is likely to be early signs of the motor going, or something causing resistance.

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks In Advance

No its not the motor, its most probably sticking thro lack of use on the passenger side and will slowly get worse as resistance increases. The Ford agent will charge ££££s to replace the felt-rubber guides. Use a SILICON based polish -car or furniture on both sides of the glass and on the sides of the glass where there is resistance from the guide channels. This usually cleares the fault
