How can I replace door seal on ASKO 10505 ?

I have an ASKO 10505 Front-loading Washing Machine which is leaking at the door seal. I have a replacement seal however am unsure how to fit it.

What is the process for replacing the door seal on an ASKO 10505 ?

With the door open look for a nylon "keeper" ring in a groove in the middle of the seal face. (It will be slightly below the level of the rubber seal itself) The keeper ring has a small gap, usually at the top. Insert a small screwdriver or knife blade into the gap and pry out the keeper. Then pull the door gasket out starting at the top. Reverse the procedure to install the new gasket starting at the bottom and working up both sides to the top. Insert the keeper into its groove starting at the bottom and working up both sides. Make sure that the gasket is fully seated before trying to install the keeper. It will take some force to put the keeper in place; liquid dish soap will help.

Thanks Rich
However my Problem is a small cut in the seal which is causing the leak. (I can fix for a short time with glue but I am hoping to fix properly).

If your original problem was a leaking seal (at the bottom) instead of replacing the seal try the following:
1. ASKO recommends leaving the door open when the machine is not in use. The closed door flattens the seal and over time contributes to the leak. Leave the door open (unlatched) for a few days.
2. Run a length of duct tape under the bottom of the seal and mid-way up the sides of the door, like a chin strap. Fold the tape on itself under the door so it doesn't stick to the seal. This will pull the seal up slightly and help it regain its shape.

Let me know if you find the answer as I have the exact same problem. Thanks
