crankshaft wont move? plz help?

Hi my name is bob and i have mcculloch pro mac 55. when i pull the pull cord it wont move a bit. i tryed move the crankshaft to se if it was to do with the pull cord but the crankshaft wont move aswell.

take the exhaust off and look into cylinder if it is not all nice and shiny .you have problems cylinder and piston etc minimum as last two answers have described :(

lack of lubricant in the fuel more than likely seized the piston in the cylinder. overhaul.

Engine is siezed. Complete tear-down and rebuild is needed. You can also try soaking it in wd40 or some other type of lube to see if the metal just binded.
