my indesit gas cooker oven will not stay ignited, hob bit works fine though?

indesit k642 Gs/G gas cooker stops if you dont hold in the gas switch for the oven. is fine all the time you are igniting but then goes out as soon as your release.

Exactly the same problem here, called the repair tech, he fannied around with it for a bit, said the thermo-couple had gone and we'd need a new one, when he pushed it bck in to place, it worked. That was yesterday, today its buggered up again, and can't get a hold of the repair guy til monday. Looks like its pot noodles for the weekend then :(

yes the thermo-couple on the oven requires replacing.
