why does my zanussi condenser tumble dryer keep tripping the electric?

i have a zanussi condenser tumble dryer and it turns on but keeps tripping the electric so that my fuse box blows.
i need to know why and how i can fix it for free.
can anyone help?

suspect water in element.take back off and dry it all out with hair dryer.then retry
