Generally - look for any grease nipples around the suspension units, one on each trailing arm, and pump grease in until you can see it escape. Do the same for the draw bar, and at the same time, lubricate any moving quadrants that the handbrake rods or cables are connected to, together with any exposed pull cables. Don't forget the handbrake lever - just oil any pivot points if there are no grease nipples.
