The system pressure has recently fallen a couple of times down to 0.6 and i can use the filling loop again ok to get back to normal, but i'm concerned what the problem is. I can't see any leaks anywhere... what else could be causing this????

Thanks for the reply John..I guess that would mean replacing the heat exchanger? expensive!! :-(

Only leaks Gary - if the pressure is constantly reducing. If none are visible, there is a chance that the boiler's internal heat exchanger is leaking, and the water vanishing as steam to the outside.
