Talbot Express speedo clock replacement?

I have just imported a Peugeot J5 (same as a Talbot express or Fiat Ducato) motorhome and have to change the speedo clock to show MPH instead of KPH to be able to register it.
Anybody know where I can get a an overlay for the clock or a replacement speedo clock.
