"real" toilets in Australian motor homes?

Hi,
My husband and I would like to rent a KEA motorhome in Australia. This may sound like a stupid question but are the toilets in KEA (4berth deluxe) "real" toilets? With a flush system and a sewage adapter? (The same way as in the USA)? Or are we talking about "cassettes" which you have to take out to empty?
