same thing happend to me mate, take the head off, spray bucket loads of WD40 in there, leave it 3/4 hours, give her a good kick and she should free up :)

just from what i know from rebuilding a DNa 50 engine

if you put the piston on one way, the bit where the rings meet catch on part of the inner cylinder airway , if you turn it upside down the rings wont catch at all ,

justremember this when fitting a new one to check this ,

This means that the piston, complete with its rings, has stuck fast to the cylinder barrel. Remove the cylinder head and gently try to prise the barrel upwards to free it. Once it decides to move, plug the crankcase mouth with some rag to stop any bits going down there. You'll need a rebore and new piston to put things right.
