how can i fix my horn on transit 190?

the horn on my 1998 transit is not working just stopped a few days ago found fuse box under steering wheel difficult to tell wich is right fuse
also were would horn be under hood

Hi Keith, it's fuse14 20amp and the horn is in the lower front R/H corner under the bonnet
