whats wrong with my shower?

recently moved into a new flat, already installed is a triton jade 2 power shower
the led light is on constsntly indicating low pressure whats the problem.

I have a Triton T80su shower and when I went to use it today it was dead...nothing, no on light or anything. I checked the switch and the light was flashing when it's normally solid.

What's fone wrong?
