How can I fix my Frigidaire FRS20ZRG?

Water freezes in the bottom of the freezer and then defrosts into the floor. Can I fix it?

take off the back panel in the freezer side. right below the coils there is a drain. This drain gets cloged up and the water spills into the bottom of the freezer compartment. unclog the drain and solve your problem. Sometimes you might have to defrost that drain tube. look behind the the fridge. estimate where you think the drain may be from seeing it on the inside. try a hair dryer to defrost it
