Thanks for info,I did know that there was a problem with air or pressure,have not sussed out how to re pressurize system yet,because there is an internal filling loop and having a job getting info.eco pluss 831.

This answer may upset the techies.
If you have bled off any air and system pressure is correct ie above 0.8 but less than 2, then turn your boiler of at the mains for 1 minute and turn back on. Everything should work. (This is the same as when your desk top PC crashes.)

According to Ecotec manual F75 as follows:
F.75 - No pressure rise was detected on turning on the pump

Water pressure sensor or/and pump defective
Air in the heating system, quick bleeder defective
Too little water in appliance; check adjustable by-pass; connect
external expension vessel to return
