I fitted a new drive belt but I cannot get the right tension

put belt around drum and motor shaft.motor should have a spring attached to body.push motor inwards and spring should tension making it hard for you to push anyfurther inwards.now pull belt in to grooves on motor shaft and then let motor tension release.the black roller wheel will now be pushing onto the top of belt (from the back) and it should now work.
