How can I fix my Beko WMA 665W?

Our washing machine has become really loud and shakes badly when it goes into spin mode. Any ideas on what this could be and how to fix it?

concrete weights loose in machine or bearings have failed.if it rumbles when you spin the drum by hand then its 100% bearings failed.check concrete weights are not loose or broken off
