How can I fix my Lexmark 75 printer?

My Lexmark 75 is printing erratically. Some lines come out fine - others hardly at all. I have tried changing the cartridge even though still half full, and now the black won't print at all.

The ink jets are blocked, go into control panel select printer right click and select properities and in utilities there should be a head / cleaning option, or try the lexmark site
