The door to my tumble dryer was playing up for the last few weeks, I had to close it by pushing the door. Now the door does not close at all. Is it a problem with the latch; or the electronic equipment.
Is it possible to repair the latch?
Can I take the front panel off to access the latch?
Can I use an alternative part (from another supplier)

It is not a problem with the electronics.
Unscrew the door latch(1 screw)
Push it into the door lock to see if it will Latch in.
If it won,t, the door lock is faulty.
If it will, the adjustment is out.
