How to remove my back plate in my Neff?

I am trying to replace the element in my Neff oven and can
only undo two of the screws holding the back plate. The other two are really stiff and I just can't unscrew them. I have sprayed WD40 on them on the hope they will loosen but to no avail. Can I get to the element any other way

Use the biggest screwdriver that you have that fits the screw head properly - give it more WD40 and try again - try tightening the screw a bit before loosening it - may help.
