Unfortunately I have the same problem with a new necht oven that I bought on ebay for £40 (cheap I know)
I would appreciate it if anyone has been able to rectify the problem and point me in the right direction.

I bought a new kitchen from kitchens now with all necht appliancies the company is a joke takes orders
delivers in 7 days but missing items eg door handles etc thans takes 20/30 days and the after service stinks zero help once they got your money.

never buy products from this company. everybody needs to have a look at the bbc rogue traders and yes this company on it cowboys thats what the firms about ripping money from hard working people
