how can i fix my samsung doble door fridge freezer, model No: RS21DCNS?

There is a minus sign on the right hand side of the digital display, which flashes, all lights are on inside, but fridge and freezer are not working. What does this mean?

This normally happens after a powercut. You need to press the power freeze and power cool button for at least 4 seconds and it will reset the fridge.
