How can I fix my Peugeot 106 1.1 with error codes 165 and 174?

The car hunts when idling or overspeeds with foot off the accelerator.

My garage tells me it has shwon error codes 165 and 174 but don't know what will fix the problem. Any ideas?

That should be 165 Idle Spe3ed Valve Circuit

Its 1999 106 restyle 1.1L

That's what my garage told me. They used a Sun analyser and it says !^% Idle Spped Vavlve Circuit and
174 Idle Switch Circuit.

They were expecting P numbers.
