CLUTCH SLIPPING ON MK3 MONDEO?

I HAVE AN X REG MONDEO WHEN ACCELERATING THE CLUTCH SLIP`S BUT THE CAR STILL PULLS .MY QUESTION IS CAN THE CLUTCH BE ALTERED OR DO I NEED TO REPLACE IT.DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH THIS WILL COST?

Your clutch needs changing, I had the samne problem clutch lasted about 1000 miles after slipping and then nothing no movement at all, a local mechanic says about £350
