E000 means there has been a serious fault detected in the fixing unit. Thats the hot bit just before the paper comes out of the delivery. It is most probably one of two things. First it could be that the fixing heater has failed in which case you will need a trained tech to look at it. It could however be a problem with noisy mains supply and just tripped the error. First try a reset. press star then # key. Then using the arrow key page through to PRINTER and press ok. Then page through again to find reset printer and ok again. Switch off and back on. If it works it was a mains surge if not call a qualified tech.
