whats up with that? how do i fix it? there are two compartments in the drawer. small on the felt, big on the right, but its never used, my clothes dont come out cleaned therefore, which compartement can i uae, and how if at all can i fix this? any help is much appreciated, thank you.

i assume water is going into machine y/n if yes have you got the the soap draw set up for the right type of powder ie liquid or powder look on the divider tells you which is which. Clean the inlet jets in the soap drawer with a old tooth brush you may have a blocked hole/s. You can also use a wash ball and put the powder straight in to the drum this way it does get to the clothes
