We have a problem with a White Knight model WK447 6 kg sensor-dry tumble dryer. On "low heat" there is no heat and on "high heat" the heat is pretty feeble. The infamous red button on the back is pressed in and the lint filter is clean...

Any ideas??? Many thanks...

the element is in 2 parts.one element is on for low heat and two for high heat.sounds like the low heat has blown but its the whole two elements that you replace as they are in one unit.
