I need a booklet/leaflet: I want to be able to zone of rooms and exlcude them from the alarm. ie utility room
can you tell me where I can get information on how to do this??

Power down the system by opening the panel, take off battery leads and pull the fuse carrier out. After approx 10 secs put in fuse and then immediately press reset on keypad. Factory code will be 4321. To set a new code once youve put it all back together, enter 4321 - PROG - 60 - **** (new 4 digit code) - PROG - RESET. all sorted.

I need to know how to reset Veritas alarm system when I do not know the present code (I moved into apartment with this system)

Just enter the key code then press FULL and then press OMIT and the zone number for the utility room before pressing PROG. I have to do this when I go to bed to part set the system as one of the sensors overlooks the keypad and gets triggered when I come down stairs in the morning
