how can i fix my omega sewing machine .needle is not picking thread from bobin.

Hello Azeem,
Make sure first of all you have a new needle in and in the correct way round, if it still will not pick up the thread the machine will probably need retiming, if you e-mail me I will attach timing instructions. drivewithken@blueyonder.co.uk
