my 3 touch screen buttons have stopped working! :(?

At some points they will work all three of them, at others none of them will work! is never just one of them its all 3 or nothing. does anybody know the solution to this pain in the ass or how much SE charge for repairs?

I think there is only one solution and that is to take the phone back and get a new one.
I have the same phone, not even had it 2 weeks and all of the touchscreen buttons have stopped working altogether.
Loads of people seem to be having the same problem.
