Fault code for Worcester 25cdi condensor gas boiler?

Flashing fault code on display "+" (TT horizontal head to head) very hard to explain in writing.

Boiler is working, initially only hot water only, but now heating is on after husband worked on it, but fault is still flashing.
Jane Connor, February 2008
"The boiler runs for 15 minutes at minimum
heating output to fill the condensate
trap, the display alternates between
“-II-” and the central heating flow
temperature. This occurs every time the
mains supply has been interrupted."

forget worcester boilers - they a packet of trouble - normally last about 14 months before needing expensive repairs or service.

I've given up installing them after 20 years - losing too many customers.

pete the plumber (corgi), April 2008
Possibly no fault, boiler appears to be in syphon fill mode and after approx 25mins will stop flashing. Everytime the power is interrupted it will happen.
If it continues for longer then contact worcester direct.
