You would be better off changing the belt and deck. If one is worn so is the other. Now if you belt is new and has a cut
that would be different. This model is a foldup and is probably too difficult for the average person. This is the owners manual page http://www.iconservice.com/pdf/297212.pdf.
generally this is the step
You need to remove the rear end cap
loosen and remove the rear roller
Remove the deck screws then deck
loosen the motor to get to loosen front roller drive belt
remove the front roller.
Put new belt on and reverse the process.
