my ciger lighter is burn out and i need to change it but i can not work out how you get it out......????? to put the new ciger light in so i can use my satnav

if your car has a central console needs to come out to access the underneath remove ashtray to see 2 hidden screws UNDER PLASTIC CAPS open the cassette storage bin to see 2 hidden screws, undo the shoelace around the gear knob 2 mores screws 1 either side of the widest point of the front of the console lift console gently CHECKING FOR ANY SCREWS I MAY HAVE MISSED if it don't lift find out WHY.
