have snapped the only key i have and the chip has been glued in the lock smith said he can cut a key but i will have to go to main dealer for it to be set to the car it cost to much money would rather bypass the imobliser how do i do it? the van is a p plate 1700 td gm engine

Be very careful and cut the transponder out with a hacksaw then remove the plastic cowling around steering lock glue transponder inside next to hole where the key passes the circular ring will then read the code and will start every time
