Copier/Printer - Konica Minolta C450 (Bizhub C450)

I'm attempting to print a 4 page word document but the following error message is displayed - 'Replenish Paper'. Paper is loaded in the printer.

Any ideas?

When printing from word the program ships with U.S settings if you are ANYWHERE else you must change this to A4 etc or you will get this ....
that presupposes other stuff prints if not check that the blade that actuates the paper empty sensor has not stuck in the up position or has been ripped whilst a jam was cleared

Check you are selecting the right tray and the right size in the printer properties.
