Cansomeone tell me where the fuse box is and which fuse it is for this, also what else may be the problem?

First find the location of the washer pump, in to days cars under the wheel arch behind the wing splash guard connect a 12v test light across the pump connections operate the washer pump the test light must light,(replace pump as probably seized,) no light check fuse box, and wiring/ and the power supply to the pump including body earths until you get a power supply down to the washer pump
NOTE make SURE you have the radio code (BEFORE )you start pulling fuses out.
