Oven Does not work after power trip?

I have a whirlpool AKZ446/1X Electric oven. After a power trip, the grill now works but not the oven. Assuming the element has failed, how do i remove the element for replacement.

Last night we had a power outage and like your oven our Hotpoint 6172 double oven and clock do not work but the grill does. My take on that is the grill is not controlled by the clock for auto cooking while the ovens are. Therefore I suspect the power outage has knocked out the clock and if I can find a replacement clock (LED?LCD ? type) that would solve the problem with the ovens (top and bottom). In other words I think the clock has to be working for the power to get to the heating elements of the oven.
