Hi,

About 6 weeks ago my Berlingo 1.9 diesel van developed a judder. Normally happens when you take your foot off the throttle and then press it down again it jerks. Doesnt matter if you are in 1st or 5th gear, even did it today flat out along the motorway. Jerk lasts for a split second and then all ok again for a few miles.

Went to garage who replaced the filters but no difference. I then put a bottle of injector cleaner in the fuel, and for that tank it worked a treat with no jerks at all.

I have now filled up with diesel again, and straight away the problem is back. Any ideas? It is driving me mad and I do not want to keep paying a garage who cannot solve the problem.

mine does it also it does it when driving and the revs level out. at any speed and any gear
gear change is also juddery
just changed fuel filter/engine mounts just to be sure.no difference.been on garage pc and nothing shows up.
1 injector slightly low.
this seems to be ok sometimes and then other times a git lol

got the same problem on my w reg you need to get your injectors reconed about 25quid each you could just do the one thats off but if ya millage is high its worth setting them all done to buy them new ya talking 105quid plus vat
