CX5200 printer. No Twain?

my operating system is Win Xp. It does not recognise the TWAIN. I keep having the message printer not found or check connections. I can use the printer to print but not to scan etc
I have reformatted my HD loaded all the drivers and still have the same poblem.

As I am sure you know, TWAIN is the API that links the hardware to the application software. The source of TWAIN in your case will be the web site of the manufacturer but you don't say who that is so I can't help further.
