how do i change the cam belt on my vauxhall corsa 16v?

i have bought a new cam belt but not realy too sure how to fit them???? my car is running a bit sluggish and making an awful constant loud ticking noise

As always Buy a Haynes service manual, after if it looks too hard for you then take it to a pro. If in doubt always ask!
