I have a 1995 Chrysler Concorde. It has the hood release lever on the side of the drivers' seat. The hood is jammed shut somehow, and I can NOT get it to open!! The hood release lever won't pop it open the way it normally does, and I can not get to the latch under the hood. How can I open the hood without damaging the release lever or the hood latch?? HELP??

get some one to put downward pressure/tension on the hood/bonnet while some one else pulls the handle release on releasing lubricate all parts
