how do i replace front coil springs on my renault laguna?

2000 renault laguna front coil spring to replace at nearside,any help would be apriciated.

This is a relatively easy job to do and I undertook this recently when the driver’s side front coil spring broke, so I did a blog thing.

dont attempt it take it to a garage for 50 pounds
