how do i go about taking off my old wing mirror and replacing it with a new one

Sorry the first 2 bolts are behind the plastic cover at the bottom of the mirror, the last one is behind the door panel

2 bolts on the inside of the door, a third one is behind the door panel which you will need to remove to get at.
