I have a problem with the door on my washing machine. When I turn the knob to the required program and press start the door light illuminates green and clicks locked but then the light goes off and the program won't start. I then try and open the door but it is still locked, can anybody give me some advice on what this may be? The machine is an AEG OKO-LAVAMAT 74640

I have the same problem, but no sollution to it, i have tried to close the door with force and everything, but it still won't start, i have a aeg øko_lavamat 41360

Press the door properly in after that you close it. I have the same problem. AEG are not that good!
