works when machine is empty, drum will turn and spins. But not when fully loaded

did you remember to bend back the tags on the brushes to RELEASE the brush FULLY out of its housing putting PRESSURE on the armature.

Thanks. have just treated it to new bushes. But still only spins when not loaded. Loaded struggles but will not spin.
