Try Irwin bolt grip sockets amazing 4 getting off chewed bolts.

remove road wheel saw through the front of the stud close to the face of the flange now with a punch drive the stud out through the rear of the flange to release the splines of the stud.( better if you can get some HEAT on the flange ).
