How do I fix a broken hobb?

I should elaborate the question! Its a Neff hobb, only just over a year old. Its the front left hobb (solid, not a series of concentric rings). From the underneath, it looks like it just unbolts with a single nut. Is it that simple to replace, or am I missing something?
